The item must be returned in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

If your order has already been shipped:

You may still return the item under our 30-day return policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
